Starting his career on vinyl records in 1995, Hip SockiT learned and refined his DJ capabilities amidst a burgeoning electronic scene in Western Massachusetts.  Since then, he has transitioned from vinyl to a digital rig; and now carefully combs the most gifted producers in underground sound. His thoughtful transitions between sounds, styles, and textures, keeps the air moist with dancer’s sweat.

Hip SockiT has DJ’ed in venues across the United States, and internationally including Greece, Germany, and Ibiza, Spain. He is one of the originators of the epic Ecstatic Dance experience called Pollinate. Brando has been featured as an emerging artist on fmainstream.com and a featured guest on the Valley Advocate’s video podcast series.
