Through my careers in bodywork, dance, and mental health I have been and developing my kinesthetic and emotional intelligence for over 20 years. I’ve been able to benefit from the wisdom and the poetics of my somatic practice and the power of purposeful embodiment. This has served me well in a world of ever-shifting obstacles.

I first learned about fascia through my training in Contact Improvisation dance. This lead me to pursue a career in Structural Integration Therapy and Thai Massage. Structural Integration aims at supporting more easeful mobility through helping to release restrictions within the fascia or connective tissue of the body. What I learned in my training and then experienced within my sessions was that deeply held emotions are lodged in the tissues of the body. I have found that for many of my clients, these can be hidden in the unconscious and contribute to physical tensions. I pursued a degree in clinical social work to gain confidence in my skillset to address the psychological blocks and encourage emotional release.

I am honored to share my unique healing approach. I want help support you to experience the benefits of having a more full life from feeling embodied.

I offer mental health and/or bodywork therapy both in-person and via telehealth sessions. I currently accept several insurances as well as private pay on a sliding scale.
