Born out of a deep fascination with the intricate relationship between physical and emotional well-being, my journey has been shaped by a diverse range of influences. As a Structural Integration bodyworker, I dedicated years to understanding and assisting individuals in achieving greater mobility by releasing restrictions within the fascia, the connective tissue of the body. Movement integration, influenced by my dance background, has become an invaluable tool in my therapeutic repertoire. Through my career as a Contact Improvisation dance teacher, I honed my ability to convey comfort, ease, and fluidity through movement. This form of physical communication beautifully complements my therapeutic practice, as it illuminates the profound metaphors we encounter in life, such as intuitive listening, the interplay of tension and release, and the importance of seeking physical support. Drawing from these concepts, I guide my clients in releasing excessive muscular tension, offering them holistic relief.

No matter the modality or approach, I deeply believe that the heart of healing lies in the therapeutic relationship. Research overwhelmingly shows that the connection we build together is the foundation for meaningful growth and transformation. I am excited to create a space that honors our shared experience; inviting us to learn from one another.
