At Body&Being, I offer a holistic approach to psychotherapy that blends somatic and nature-based practices with mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and my experience working with complex trauma, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and addiction. I believe in the power of vulnerability and the wisdom of your body to guide you through life's challenges. Whether you're seeking relief from emotional or physical discomfort, or simply wanting to reconnect with your inner self, my goal is to create a compassionate space where all parts of you are welcome.

Is a dynamic, meditative practice that attunes you to your bodily sensations, fosters curiosity, and invites you to reclaim sovereignty over your body. This revolutionary act creates space for inner trust, deep rest, and nervous system regulation. Through movement, breathwork, and mindful presence, we allow for physical and emotional release, opening new pathways to self-expression and inviting the emergence of your pure Self. Together, we’ll uncover layers that may have limited your full expression, creating opportunities to liberate tension and lean into your inherent capacity for joy and pleasure. In this process, we redefine what it means to fully inhabit your body, embracing the profound freedom and expansiveness it offers.
